It is a warm day for the humans, who are keen on the fresh air and shade. They even had lunch outside. I decided to join the Mistress as she worked on her computer.

She is usually quite busy with that thing, and like me, when the computer does its own thing, she is far from amused. She even mutters away, saying all kinds of things, but being a Mistress, she refrains from using those nasty words.
Yesterday, the humans went out, and we got busy with this roll of Christmas paper.
It was a riotous time, bonking on my mates' heads and conversing in Gnome language through each end of the Christmas paper roll. The little chaps at the top were in stitches and fled the scene. I'll bide my time until they're engrossed in something else.

Watching these two cooks can be fun. She gets him to stir the pan while she is making a salad. It is pretty comical at times, especially when he pinches her bum. I always need to be quicker to get the camera. But from my perspective, it's like watching a comedy show, with all the unexpected actions and reactions.

I always perch on my favorite spot on the window ledge, overseeing the entire caravan.

Arh, they are empty
We found these in a bag and thought we could partake in some bubbles. They were empty, as was a cask of wine. Not a drop left for a Gnome and his mate. My mate here is showing his fist in anger. His Lordship had emptied them and not shared them with us. We were then hunting for more, but they were the last. Oh, the disappointment! We were so looking forward to a bubbly evening.

The Mistress announces that the Grandson is going down to Dunedin on a bus alone while we stay and house-sit in Mosgiel. We are to meet him. This is a great, experience for him. I hope he keeps his eyes off the girls on that bus!

It is exciting watching the revolving photos of their wedding. Trixie and I enjoyed this day as the humans pledged their Vows. They enjoyed their day, too, and happy faces prove it. Their visitors like them, too.

It is almost the end of another year, and The Mistress has been reflecting on the past year's events. So much has happened. Some dreams are now not going to happen, like traveling, but they do hope to do more housesitting and have holidays in these places, especially to the places they haven't been before. Now, this, I can handle. But before the end of the year, a refund on this big beast will eventuate, and we can all move on. Only a few sleeps now.
