It's kayos here, and the Mistress is in a spin. These humans are packing everything up. I am shoved out to the boudoir and advised to stay out and keep guard on their absence. Boxes are piled high all around me, and there is no room to move. All the inside Gnomes are stacked on the shelves or boxes. Asking where they were going to sleep was met with silence. The Mistress is stressed and doesn't want to answer my questions. A gnome's world is a challenge at times, but I refuse to stress over this. I need to show her how to take things in her stride and not sweat the small stuff. Gnomes just get on with their day.
The caravan was picked up and taken to Christchurch to sort out the legalities yesterday. They even closed the curtains in the boudoir, and it is dark in here. I opened a box near me, and bingo, the solar light was going on one of the new chaps. Now we could see what each other was up to. I hope this light lasts, as the charge will eventually disappear.
We couldn't even run around in here. Climbing was a necessity, but for us with short legs, we ended up somersaulting all over the place. So much fun, and the new Gnomes were taught by your truly, as we are used to getting up to mischief. They hadn't had so much fun in ages. During the day, we just chatted and shared some jokes, in case they came back. I have a few tricks up my sleeve for tonight.
Watch this space for a never-ending drama.
